Helps reduce under eye puffiness.

How to use:

Use AM and PM.  On cleansed skin, apply a small amount onto finger and gently pat around the contour of the eye.  Follow with moisturiser.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to use to help further reduce under eye puffiness.
