Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping within Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales), Netherlands, Bulgaria, Germany, Portugal and Switzerland. Other shipping destinations may be added in future, please get in touch if you wish to request a specific country.
Working Days
Orders are processed, packaged and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Irish Public Holidays).
Order Processing Time
We aim to have orders processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. During quieter periods, order can sometimes be processed and shipped within a few hours however, during very busy periods this can take up to 3-4 working days. This is sporadic and unpredictable unfortunately. All express tracked shipping orders are always prioritized.
Cut-Off Times
For orders placed before 12 noon (M-F), that day is considered Day 1. For orders placed after 12 noon (M-F) or any time on Saturday/ Sunday/ Public Holiday, the next working day is considered Day 1. Cut-off time for express/ tracked/ next day delivery options is 12 noon.
Tracking
Tracking numbers (where applicable) will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. Tracked parcels within Ireland can be fully tracked via the An Post website or app. Parcels sent outside of Ireland, whilst they do have tracking numbers, are not always fully trackable via either An Post or the receiving country's mail service (e.g. Royal Mail).

Orders up to the value of €65 are sent via An Post Standard Post. Delivery within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually within 1-2 working days once your order has been fulfilled (see processing times above) however, it can take up to 5 working days. No tracking is available for Standard Post.
We offer FREE tracked delivery (ROI & NI only) for orders over €65, which are sent via An Post Registered Post. A tracking number will be provided. Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is usually next working day, or 1-2 working days for Northern Ireland once your order has been fulfilled (see processing times above).

Whilst we will endeavour to avoid them, any additional charges e.g. customs, VAT etc. for orders sent to UK addresses are solely the responsibility of the customer.
You should receive an email once your order has been fulfilled and is on the way to you. This email will include your tracking number where applicable (see above).
If there is any issue with the tracking link, or your order is stuck in transit (beyond the expected delivery timeframe), please contact us and we'll be happy to look into this for you. Any delays due to postal delays, extreme weather events, port closures, strikes etc. are beyond our control.
If a product you have ordered is out of stock you will be refunded and notified by email. All delivery charges are subject to change and fulfillment is subject to credit card authorization, and stock availability.
