Sets makeup for 16-hour, weightless wear with a soft matte finish. This no-flashback formula creates a soft-focus effect to subtly blur the look of fine lines and imperfections without looking cakey.

THE TECHNIQUE: Saturate a Velour Puff with powder, working the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to work the powder into the face and set makeup.
